Office buildings in Flower Mound, Addison and Grapevine have changed hands
Three large industrial building leases in D-FW have been signed.
Investor Koelbel and Co. purchased a 90,000-square-foot office complex in Flower Mound.

Colorado-based investor Koelbel and Co. has made its first purchase in North Texas with the acquisition of a Flower Mound office building. The 90,000-square-foot office complex at 1001 Cross Timbers Road will be updated and rebranded. Built in 1985, the property was purchased from building from Rene and Gisele Cassar in July. Jim Hancock of NAI Robert Lynn and LeAnn Brown and Russ Webb of Silver Oak Commercial Realty brokered the transaction with Jason Farmer of TenantBase. Koelbel and Co. plans to make other property buys in Texas.
An investor purchased Addison Tower, a 149,238-square-foot office building at 16415 Addison Road in Addison. Robert Hill, Gary Carr, John Alvarado, Chris Murphy and Chase Tagen of Newmark brokered the sale.
An investor purchased a 25,133-square-foot Grapevine office building at 4101 William D. Tate Ave. The building is occupied by Century 21 Mike Bowman, Capital Title, CNN Mortgage and a real estate school. Cody Payne of Colliers International brokered the sale.
Bazaar Builders & Developers purchased more than 9 acres at Craig Ranch near State Highway 121 McKinney. Dan Avnery of NAI Robert Lynn brokered the sale with Demian Salmon of Stream Realty Partners.

Productiv Inc. leased 213,392 square feet of industrial space at DFW Trade Center V at D-FW International Airport. Jeremy Kelly, Ryan Boozer and Sarah Ozanne of Stream Realty Partners negotiated the leases.
Tool Banc/Prima Wholesale leased 130,125 square feet of industrial space at 10700 Harry Hines Boulevard in Dallas. Larry Robbins of Capstone Commercial negotiated the lease transaction.
Fidelity Paper and Supply leased a 107,082-square-foot industrial space at 310 SW 14th St. at Heller Industrial Park in Grand Prairie. Transwestern’s John Brewer and Riley Maxwell negotiated the lease with Cameron Rogers of Rubicon Representation.
Morrison Express Corp. leased 73,962 square feet of industrial space at 2951 N. Southwest Pkwy. in Grand Prairie. Blake Anderson of Newmark negotiated the lease with CBRE.
Infrastructure and Energy Alternatives Inc. leased 65,000 square feet of industrial space at 2611 Regent Boulevard in Irving. Adam Graham and Tom Wahlric of Lee & Associated Dallas-Fort Worth negotiated the lease.
Dow Technologies leased 53,300 square feet of industrial space at 1205 Venture Drive, Suite 109, in Carrollton. Ken Wesson, Adam Graham and Mark Graybill of Lee & Associates Dallas-Fort Worth negotiated the lease.
