North Texas Irish Festival

North Texas Irish Festival

For nearly 40 years, the Southwest Celtic Music Association has been celebrating Irish and Celtic culture through springtime concerts and festivals. But this year, the festivities will be online only. On March 6, there will be several streams showing music, dance, culinary and other cultural programs for free. Festival favorites will be featured, including Beyond the Pale, North Texas Caledonian Pipes and Drums, Selkie Girls, Jiggernaut and the North Texas Irish School of Music. There will also be a stream showing performances live from Ireland, including music and dance from County Donegal artists and bands ZoDoMo and Altan. Access to the Ireland channel will require a donation of at least $40 benefiting the Southwest Celtic Music Association.
